Chenega Tri-Services, LLC is a wholly-owned 8(a) Small Disadvantaged Business subsidiary of Chenega Corporation, an Alaska Native Corporation. CTS provides healthcare staffing, facilities and logistics support services, transportation services, and environmental support services. CTS is ISO 9001:2015-certified and headquartered in San Antonio, TX.
As a subsidiary of Chenega Corporation, CTS has access to our parent company’s infrastructure, including a $200 million line of credit providing us sufficient resources to execute contract requirements throughout the contract lifecycle. CTS supports the nation’s Military Entrance Processing Stations (MEPS). This contract provides doctors, physicians assistants, and certified nurse practitioners who serve as “Fee Basis Providers” in 66 locations across the continental United States, Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. CTS’s Fee Basis Providers perform medical pre-screenings; conduct medical histories and physical examinations; review medical tests and documents; and assess applicant medical readiness to support the mission of the Armed Forces’ recruiting services for the Departments of the Army, Navy, Air Force, Marine Corps, Coast Guard, and other federal organizations. The MEPS contract is one of the few large single awardee IDIQ medical contracts within the Department of Defense of this scope and magnitude.

Gilbert Ramos – General Manager

Mr. Gilbert “Gil” Ramos holds an MBA in Business Management. As a former Senior Enlisted Non-Commissioned Officer, Gil brings tremendous expertise, professionalism, and a multi-faceted skill set to CTS. Gil began his career with Chenega as a Senior Program Manager for the Military Entrance Processing Stations (MEPS) contract, the Army Direct Care Medical Services II (ADCMS II) IDIQ, and the Southern Healthcare SHADA IDIQ contracts.
