CIG delivers design, construction, repair, and maintenance solutions to owners and operators of bulk fuel storage and delivery facilities worldwide.
As a subsidiary of Chenega Corporation, CIG has access to our parent company’s infrastructure, including a $200 million line of credit, providing us sufficient resources to execute contract requirements throughout the contract lifecycle. We have accounting and business systems that are compliant with Chenega Corporation’s highest standards, as well as those guidelines prescribed by the Defense Contract Audit Agency (DCAA).

Troy Blackmon - General Manager
CIG’s General Manager, Mr. Troy Blackmon, is an experienced Program Manager leading Government sustainment, restoration, and modernization (SRM) and Military Construction (MILCON) contractor programs since September 2000. Mr. Blackmon has developed multiple prime contractors providing the most complete self-perform capabilities for bulk fuel storage tanks and associated systems to serve the DoD and private-sector clients. He has led and conducted fueling system SRM and construction business on military installations in over 38 U.S. states, including Alaska, Hawaii, and multiple OCONUS locations. As a result of these experiences, Troy has built relationships and a positive reputation with many of the key stakeholders at individual installations, petroleum offices, execution agencies, and ultimately within DLA – Energy. Mr. Blackmon holds an Executive MBA and a Bachelor of Science from Texas A&M University. He is a member of National Petroleum Management Association and of the Society of American Military Engineers (SAME).
