C. Leonard Karge
President, Chenega Environmental, Healthcare, & Facilities Strategic Business Unit (EH&F SBU)
Leonard has more than 25 years of experience in government contracting and 19 years of experience with the Chenega Corporation. He started as President of one of our first 8a companies and became the President of the Environmental, Healthcare, & Facilities Strategic Business Unit in October of 2010. His experience is focused in Strategic Planning and Leadership of Government Service Contracts, Small Business Administration 8(a), while specializing in Alaska Native Corporations (ANCs).
Leonard enjoys our culture and atmosphere that fosters a sense of family and accomplishment, where the sum of the parts is greater than the individual.
Ken Bishop
Senior Vice President of Environmental Services, Chenega EH&F SBU
Ken has over 28 years of experience in environmental specialties and has been with Chenega Corporation EH&F for 17 years. He has extensive experience in providing environmental services, including Solid Waste Management, Hazardous Waste & Materials Management, remediation, compliance and engineering studies to multiple federal agencies, to include U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, U.S. Air Force , and Environmental Protection Agency.

Matt Daggett
Senior Vice President of Business Development, Chenega EH&F SBU
Matt has over 28 years of experience in operations management, facility engineering services, construction management, and base operations/logistics support functions for both commercial and federal customers. As Senior Vice President of Business Development, he is responsible for identification, capture management, and business relationship development in the federal marketplace. Matt has fulfilled multiple roles in logistics services, real property management, occupancy moves, change management, construction services, and facility operations and maintenance. Additional leadership responsibilities included safety, quality assurance & risk management, contracting & regulatory compliance, administration, and strategic planning. Matt attended Saint Mary’s College of California and obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Organizational Management / Industrial Psychology.
Ted Terrazas
Senior Vice President of Medical and Business Services, Chenega EH&F SBU
Ted has 40 years of experience working within Federal contracting. As Senior Vice President of Medical and Business Services, his responsibilities include communicating Chenega’s medical strategic vision, performing strategic and tactical planning, business development, budget control, execution for all business aspects, and monitoring service quality of contracts. Ted communicates and coordinates with key stakeholders to ensure business objectives and value is achieved. He serves as a senior advisor on administrative and technical support contracts, providing strategic planning and program support to Ajanta on healthcare, administrative, and research support contracts. Ted’s experience includes federal and VA contracting and VA sharing agreements.
Brent Wiley
Senior Vice President of Construction Services, Chenega EH&F SBU
Brent has more than 20 years of experience in engineering, military design, and worldwide military construction management. Mr. Wiley established his career as an Electrical Design Engineer and progressed through the ranks where he ultimately served as Construction Operations Manager with a leading provider of military construction and design services. His experience involved management support of an entire construction division and its respective project teams simultaneously, which encompassed multiple classified and unclassified projects at various CONUS and OCONUS locations. Brent holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Bluefield State College and has been a member of the Society of American Military Engineers for the past 10 years.
Ryan Williams
Senior Vice President of Facility Operations, Chenega EH&F SBU
Ryan has been with Chenega Corporation for 19 years, and has almost 40 years of experience in facility maintenance, operation, construction, and engineering services. Prior to coming to Chenega Corporation in 2001, Ryan worked for Arctic Slope Regional Corporation, Martin Marietta, and General Electric after separating from the Air Force in 1990. In 2004, Ryan set up the Chenega Service Center offices near the Washington Metropolitan Area with the task of providing Proposal Development and Estimating Support to all Corporate Business Units. After eight years of growing Chenega to a billion-dollar organization, Ryan took operational control of Chenega Corporation’s Facility Operations in 2013.
