Leadership
Grace Castillo, General Manager
Ms. Grace Castillo is the General Manager of Advanced Chenega Services and a seasoned executive leader with more than 30 years of experience supporting federal, commercial, CONUS, and OCONUS mission environments. Since joining Chenega in 2010, she has provided strategic oversight across diverse portfolios, including healthcare, administrative operations, information technology, logistics, environmental services, document digitization, legal support, humanitarian services, workforce development, and training.
Throughout her tenure, Ms. Castillo has managed more than 90 government contracts. Her portfolio includes high-visibility work for the Department of Defense, Defense Health Agency, Department of Energy/National Nuclear Security Administration Office of Secure Transportation, Social Security Administration, Securities and Exchange Commission, and other federal customers. She has overseen mission-critical efforts including behavioral health services, nationwide pandemic response support, large-scale humanitarian case management, and complex administrative and technical services programs.
Ms. Castillo is recognized for translating contract requirements into executable strategies that support performance, compliance, customer satisfaction, and mission continuity. She partners closely with government stakeholders, program leadership, human resources, and operational teams to strengthen transition execution, workforce continuity, and QA/QC performance. Her leadership has contributed to consistent customer confidence and strong contract outcomes, including Exceptional and Very Good CPARS ratings across multiple efforts. She holds an MBA in International Business from Our Lady of the Lake University and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Dallas Baptist University.
