Ajanta, provides a broad range of business support services (i.e., administering the nationwide standardized Home Equity Conversion Mortgage (HECM) counselor examination, certification website, and the housing counselor training and testing website support, and providing logistical support for the Housing Counseling Federal Advisory Committee (HCFAC) in support of the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Office of Housing Counseling (OHC). Ajanta provides Meeting and Conference Support, including organizational support and coordination in the execution of required meetings with internal and external stakeholders, which may include federal advisory committees or other conferences as required by each specific task order.
Leadership
Katherine Primrose – General Manager
CES’s General Manager, Mrs. Katherine Primrose, has over 20 years of military and commercial project, contract, and proposal management experience. Katherine is a veteran of the U.S. Army and has a strong contracting background, including environmental, business services, facility and logistics program management. She has supported multiple Department of Defense and commercial contracts such as the U.S. Army, U.S. Air Force, U.S. Navy, Department of Homeland Security, Washington Headquarters Services, Food and Drug Administration, U.S. Geological Survey, Centers for Disease Prevention and Control, Social Security Administration, U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, National Institute of Standards and Technology, Defense Health Agency, Department of Interior, General Services Administration, and Missile Defense Agency.
After exiting the military, Katherine began supporting Federal contracts at Fort Bragg, North Carolina, within the Transportation Division, where she coordinated and controlled movement of military equipment and service members as part of the Logistics Support Services contract. After transitioning into business development, capture, proposal, and program management roles, Katherine has successfully supported and managed complex Professional and Technical, Logistics and Facility Support Services contracts, Multiple Award IDIQs, and Basic Ordering Agreements across the United States. Katherine has a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Technology, Distribution and Logistics degree with a minor in Industrial Technology Management and certificates in Operations Management, Logistics Management, and Total Quality Management.
