CRS provides full service environmental consulting services and environmental remediation services, construction, facilities and logistics support services, healthcare staffing, research and development, training, and staff augmentation. CRS is ISO 9001:2015-certified and headquartered in San Antonio, Texas.
As a subsidiary of Chenega Corporation, CRS has access to our parent company’s infrastructure, including a $200 million line of credit providing us sufficient resources to execute contract requirements throughout the contract lifecycle. George J. Gisin, Jr., Ph.D., MHA - General Manager
CRS General Manager, George Gisin, Ph.D., has over 35 years of military and contracting experience. George has extensive operational management experience in both the public and private sector. A senior Medical Service Corps Officer in the Army Medical Department, George oversaw personnel who dealt with environment services in several major commands. In the 25th Infantry Division, he served as Deputy to the Division Surgeon, and oversaw environmental hygiene services for U.S. Army Pacific (USARPAC). George later served as Executive Officer for the Asst. Chief of Staff, 7th Medical Command, where he oversaw environmental sciences for 11 Army hospitals in the U.S. Army Europe theatre of operations. The Army Medical Department selected George for long-term schooling at the University of Iowa, where he received his Ph.D. in Health Care Administration. George then became the Director of the U.S. Army-Baylor University Graduate Program in Healthcare Administration. Later in his active duty career, George was selected as Executive Officer to the Deputy Commander for Clinical Services, U.S. Army Medical Command. His duties included oversight for environmental issues at all Army Medical Centers and medical treatment facilities worldwide.
Upon retirement from active duty, George began a career with companies that provide government contract services. In 2017, George joined Chenega Corporation as the General Manager of Chenega Reliable Services.
